Jt Manufacturing has a complete fabrication and welding shop. We can fabricate anything you need whether you're looking for heavy machinery parts or steel mandrel pigs, we can create them for you.
Our Fabrication Capabilities:
- 4’x8’ CNC plasma table can cut material from 1/32” to 5/8"
- Material: Aluminum, Copper, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Hardened Carbon Steel, and Alloy Steel
Mig and Tig Welding
- Aluminum 1/16” to 3/8" thick
- Steel 1/16” to 1” thick
- Stainless Steel 1/16” to 1/2" thick
Sawing
- CNC Bandsaw with automatic feed.
- 14” wide by 9” tall and hold a 1/16” tolerance.
Finishing
- Powder coating
- Heat Treating
- Painting
