Machining Services

Jt Manufacturing has a wide set of services that we offer our customers.

We are a ISO complaint machine shop, and our team is capable of machining and fabricating any part that a customer needs using our CNC and manual mills and lathes.

Our staff of engineers is here to aid our customers in product design, engineering and design for manufacturing.
We can turn a maximum of 20" in diameter down to 1/8" and up to 10' long.
We can mill and drill parts that are a maximum of 48"x48"x14".

Round parts that are under 16" in diameter and shorter than 12" in length qualify for a one week lead time.

Our Machining Capabilities:

• Tolerance +/-.0005”
• Material: Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Alloy Steels
• CNC Milling 16” width x 30” length x 20” height
• CNC Turning 6” Outside diameter by 16” long 
• Manual Turning 12” Outside diameter and 10’ long
